WHAT IS THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT?
The Annual Maintenance contract standing by the acronym AMC is a document drawn up when the parties agree that the maintenance company will intervene regularly to check the proper functioning of the equipment or equipment installed.
Preventive maintenance visits are planned and included in the contract generally on a quarterly basis depending on the contract.
As per the agreement, the service provider undertakes cost of consumables during the PPM however any other intervention, any replacement of unscheduled material will be additional charge. If significant technical problems are observed, then the service provider undertakes to submit a quote.

The customer’s choice will be motivated mostly by their allocated budget for maintenance. However, after speaking with our team they understand that if having a budget is a good thing, assuring that the relevancy of the package selected to the issues encountered in the property is the way to go.

Bronze package is a basic maintenance contract recommended for new units with no major problems. In this case mostly preventive maintenance will be required. However, at Techtiq we offer this contract exclusively to owners with more than one apartment. This is indeed the prerogative of owners who want to keep their unit in good conditions and make their tenant feel comfortable in their property.
– Why should you choose Amc Gold package?
Gold package is the ideal choice for a tenant wanting to protect himself from major maintenance concerns. This is an MEP contract recommended for units most likely to have plumbing and air conditioning issues (leakage for instance).
– Why should you choose Amc Platinum package?
Platinum package is the choice primarily of landlords who decide to have a hassle-free option to protect themselves and their tenants from any possible inconveniences.
If the apartment issues are related to MEP & civils, the choice must be logically platinum package since its grant complete coverage and costs effective when it comes to quoted jobs. Platinum package holder are eligible for the Amc discount for MEP & CIVILS quoted jobs & also an additional free service of Maid service.
